01 · FULL EXPLANATION

A hundo (short for "hundred percent") is the holy grail of Pokémon GO catches — a mons with the maximum possible 15 in all three IV stats. Hundos are rare: wild catches roll IVs in the 0-15 range so the base probability is 1 / 4096 per encounter.

Raid catches and weather-boosted catches have a tighter floor: raid IVs roll 10-15, so the hundo probability jumps to 1 / 216. Special Research breakthroughs guarantee a level 15 catch with at least 1/1/1 IVs, but hundos still depend on the roll.

When you see the word 'hundo' in trade chat or Discord, it always means 15 / 15 / 15 — never 'functional hundo' (which means 14-15 in role-relevant stats) unless explicitly specified.
