The three Pokémon GO trainer teams — Mystic, Valor, Instinct. At trainer level 5, every player picks one. Choice is permanent unless you spend a (very rare) Team Medallion. No team has gameplay advantages over another — choice is about community and identity.

The team of strength and passion — believes Pokémon are stronger when trained well.

Team Instinct
